Tangible Benefits for You
With the formation of the new KW4 Primary Care Network (PCN) and the establishment of its inaugural Board, the PCN is eager to demonstrate the value it can bring to primary care providers. The Board wants to begin by reducing the feelings of overwhelm in primary care, to create tangible benefits for primary care that feel manageable, and to build feelings of community within primary care.
From discussions with our community, we know that peer-to-peer discussions about practical fixes for small issues can make a large positive impact in the daily practice of primary care providers.
So we are harnessing the knowledge present in our community and sharing it with you. There are resources and ways to help address the challenges you have in your daily worklife. Collectively, we can help you love your job again.
We will hold 2 webinars and 2 in-person events throughout 2025-2026.
The KW4 Primary Care Network is a Primary Care Network, a not for profit corporation that will provide a strong voice for primary care in our region, work directly with the OHT, advocate for our patients and our needs, request and deploy funding for projects that matter to you.
The KW4 PCN’s mission is to empower and connect Primary Care Providers through integration, collaboration and innovation.
We are just beginning. Your voice will be fundamental in how we grow, where we focus, and what we achieve.
