Operations Committee

The Operations Committee is a management committee of the KW4 OHT that supports the KW4 OHT Executive Director in their mandate through strategy execution, operations oversight and performance, and stakeholder relations.

The membership of the Operations Committee is comprised of representation from home and community care, primary care, community support services, mental health and addictions, hospital, academia, long term care, and the region. The membership also includes a Governance Table member and representation from the KW4 OHT Community Advisory Committee.
